FAQ
1. Why am I not able to see the "Withdraw AUD" feature?
To comply with local laws and regulations, cash deposits are only available in specific regions. This may mean that your account is currently not eligible to access this feature.
2. Can I make a withdrawal while my bank account verification is still pending?
No. You can only make the withdrawal once your account ownership is successfully verified.
3. How do I know if my bank account is verified?
Once the deposit has been successfully processed into your OKX account, your bank account will be verified.
4. How do I check my withdrawal history?
You can review your withdrawal history:
On the web: select Assets > Withdrawal > All withdrawals
On the app: select Portfolio > transactions > filter Cash withdraw type
Web: all withdrawals on the withdrawal page
App: transactions on the Portfolio page
5. Why is my withdrawal rejected by Wise?
Certain payment service providers, like Wise, don't facilitate transfers from cryptocurrency exchanges.
6. Where do I find limits, fees and processing time details for cash withdrawal?
Payment limits, fees and processing time information will be displayed on the payment method. For more details, check here.
7. Why is my crypto or AUD showing as "locked" after a recent deposit?
Crypto purchased using a recent fiat deposit, or fiat itself, can be placed under a short automated risk-control hold before it becomes withdrawable. This is a standard security check applied broadly and isn't specific to your account or transaction history. This applies even if your bank account and deposit method previously went through without a hold — risk checks are evaluated per transaction, not just per account.
8. Why do I keep being asked to complete the same verification questionnaire?
If your account is under review, you may receive more than one in-app questionnaire as the review progresses. Complete each one fully and promptly — this is the fastest way to move your case forward. Support can't skip or override this step.
9. Why does OKX's AUD withdrawal take longer than my bank's instant transfer network (e.g. Osko/PayID)?
OKX withdrawals to Australian banks are typically processed within one business day under normal circumstances. If a withdrawal is held for risk review, that review — not the receiving bank's transfer network speed — determines the timeline, and the instant-transfer network isn't a factor once funds are released.
10. Can support remove or shorten a risk-control hold?
No. These holds are automated and can't be manually disabled or accelerated for an individual account, regardless of transaction history or KYC status.
